the feature provides auto-formatting of code in the PHP source file.

This issue also includes 
Smart Indent - the feature provides auto-formatting in process of coding.

only fixes and enhancements are planned for 6.1 m1

The basic version of indentation and formatting is in place, so I think we can mark this task as done. Please file
defects for stuff that's broken.

The issue is obsolete. Formatting and indentation are presented in the current version.
