In wsimport, there are instances where the wsdl and/or schema will result in a broken xml-->java mapping without
customizing the wsdl/schema. Currently, the work flow forces the user to generate from wsdl with errors, then customize
and regenerate to come up with the correct code generation. This feature proposes to provide a means for the user to
customize the wsdl at web service/client creation time, i.e., through the creation wizard.

this is almost about the same thing as issue 77248 if it's not a dup, I'd say...
