Customer requesting feature to store and read userdir from database. 

Note from customer:
Instead of persisting the user preference in the local file (default user directory), I would like to persist the
preference in the database and read it as user successfully log into the application.

This way, I can use '-Dnetbeans.user=memory' option and I can load the user preference into the memory and store it into
the database upon application exit.
