Description:
- use layout similar to editor, tab width according to tab title
- tabs that don't fit in will appear in extra menu on right side of tabs area
- tab chosen from "extra tabs" menu will replace last regularly visible tab

Dependencies, Risks:
- users may like old layout more -> offer option, dependency on winsys FX options

Time estimation: 2 man weeks
