People are confused about the difference between the web service manager and the REST component palette because Google
AdSense services and Strike Iron services show up in both places.  To eliminate this confusion, we need to remove all
the WSDL-based components from the REST component palette and add the functionality supported by the component palette
to the web service manager.  For example, when an users drag-n-drop a Strike Iron service from the web service manager
node on to a RESTful web service, it should have the same behavior as drag-n-drop from the component palette.

We are dropping this feature for 6.1 altogether because we plan to get rid of the component palette altogether for 6.1.

Reopening to keep the intention of removing palette on the radar. Or is there some issue for it already?

The rest component palette has been removed from NB 6.1m2 hence resolving the issue of duplicate services.
