Steps to reproduce
------------------

1) Install the PS7.2 plug-in with Netbeans 6.0 beta2
2) Choose the services Tab 
3) Add a portal server 
4) Expand the Added portal server and choose the "Global"
5) Expand the "global" tree and choose the "Containers" node
6) Create a container by right-clicking on the "Create container" and add a channels with portlets on it
7) Right click on the container created in step 6) and choose "Launch Browser"

Issue
-----
Decorations and controls like Title, Edit, Remove etc are displayed as  static texts instead of GUI objects

This is not a bug in the plugin. Plugin only launches the browser with appropriate URL to show the output. If it is
still happening then please open a bug against PS 7.2.
