Steps (I think):

1. Log in
2. Open module M1 details page in a different tab.
3. In the original tab go to details page of module M2.
4. Click on Add Comment.
5. Add some comment text.

I think at this point I may have somehow loaded (or at least touched) the M1's tab.

6. Submit the comment for M2.

The comment got added to M1.

Also there is no way to delete the wrongly submitted comment.

BTW there should be a way to delete one's own comments.

Also I am not sure about the Found in version. Should it be Phase 2?

I experienced the same behavior when filling NBM field as well.
