Have an empty Include in Install list in step 2 of AU wizard. Add a single 
module and remove it by double-click on the module in the list. The list is 
empty now but buttons for remove and remove all are enabled. By analogy when the 
list of Available Updates is empty and you add some module there by double 
clicking a module(removing some module from Include in Install to Available 
Updates) then buttons Add and Add All should become enabled.

Fixed in main trunk.

Resolved for 3.3.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
