Steps to reproduce
-------------------

1) In Netbeans open the Story Board Palette
2) Drag and drop the portlet from the Portlet tree
3) Double click on the Portlet UI in Story Board
4) Add Event Dialog box opens
5) Enter the events with Add as Qname option enabled
6) Now open the portlet.xml 

Issue
-----

In between the <supported-publishing-event> and </supported-publishing-event> <qname> tag is generated

This issue is not reproducible in the current build.
