System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1251; ru_RU (nb)

Since classes and packages can be root methods it would be natural if Add to Instrumentation Roots menu item was enabled
for classes and packages (i. e. when CPU snapshot view was switched to Classes/Packages).
