Add xml\wsdlui\src\org\netbeans\modules\xml\wsdl\ui\wizard\newWSDL.html to the l10n kit.

Committed the fix into release60 branch. The l10n kits seems to use the release60 branch code. Will verify after a new
kit is generated.

I checked the xml.tar file in
http://deadlock.netbeans.org/hudson/job/l10nkit/117/artifact/nbbuild/l10ndist/l10n-ide-071113.tar.gz

I could see that the newWSDL.html file is now included in the kit.

Can the QE verify this?

Verified that wsdlui/src/org/netbeans/modules/xml/wsdl/ui/wizard/newWSDL.html is in the xml.tar in the
l10-ide-080407.tar.gz file at http://deadlock.netbeans.org/hudson/job/l10nkit/.
