Netbeans IDE 6.0 Beta 2:
In 'file view' i right click on the project folder with the mouse. I then select CVS -> commit...
A window - that shows the all the files to commit - is opened but it only shows files from folders that has been 
opened. If a changed file is in a folder that has not been opened after Netbeans has been started then it is not shown 
in the window and it is therefore not commited...
