There is no reformat code action for shell files.

Steps:
------
1) Open a shell file
2) Invoke editor context menu
=> No 'Format' option present. Keyboard SC doesn't work also.

Reformatting of shell script is bit complicated issue but it should be killer feature of NetBeans.
