Create a remote business method in a stateless session bean
Annotate the bean with @WebService
Tooltip of methods in Web Services node shows their signature whereas
there's no tooltip in Enterprise Beans node.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
