What do you mean by "crooked"? I can't see any difference among other buttons?
the 3rd and 4th buttons in the 'compile' section are substantially higher than the others.

I found even more icons that are not centered well in the toolbar. All of them are project related actions. Steps to reproduce: 1) View -> Toolbars -> Customize 2) Drag actions "Compile file", "Build Project", "Clean and Build Project", "Test Project" and "Test file" into "Build" toolbar. See that all these actions' icons are not centered vertically, icon pictures are a bit higher than other icons and it looks bad (see original screen shot) passing to projects...
These are icons that are not in the toolbar by default. Please provide better icons. Thanks.

better, but the 'build project' and 'clean and build project' icons are identical ('clean and build is using the wrong one).
