netBeans has great support for websphere 6, it would be good if we could have support for IBM WEbsphere Community
Edition too.

Agree, however important fact is that Websphere Community Edition is totally different from Websphere. It is based on
Apache Geronimo (there is some work in progress to support Geronimo).
