In build 200710241200, on my WinXP system, clicking Help->Keyboard Shortcuts Card - does not bring up the shortcuts
card, it spawns a DOS Window.  Shortcuts.pdf is actually one directory lower in \nb6.0\.

Definitely not identity issue, but I'm not sure where does this belong to.

I'm able to reproduce this in the full RC2 build.

Strangely, this bug does not appear if installing the zip version of the Java SE build.

Bumping to P1. It is not acceptable for a menu item to not work

I just tried the installer version of the Java SE build, and the bug remains. 

So I'm assuming the bug appears in all installer versions. Not sure why it wouldn't appear in a zip version as well.

This is a duplicate of bug #122221 which is already fixed in the trunk.
