Build071018.

For example, on MAC OS ".DS_Store" system file that is invisible for most file managers is displayed in project and can be uploaded to server.

In php file names and extensions are not limited.
So we shouldn't hide files by default.

This issue should be change to enhancement request to have customizable filter for php project.
