1. Create several different schemas (I created 6 newLoanApplication, 1 newPurchaseOrder and 1 new schema I called AA).
2. Select one and invoke Referenced Schemas -> popup menu -> Add -> Import.
3. Expand By File -> JavaApplication1 -> Source Packages -> . -> 
Number of schemas should such that now no vertical scrollbar needed, but after next step it will be necessary.
4. Expand By Namespace node.
Result: the panel begins to blink, swiftly changing scrollbars position. Sometimes it finishes in several seconds,
sometimes continues until user stops it by pressing a button.

It's not reproducible every time, but I was able to do it often. Do not know what matters.

Sorry, I have not been able to reproduce. What's your platform? Is it Mac?
