[NB32-38, RC4] 1.4.0-beta-b62 RedHat70, kernel 2.4.2 smp =========================== Description: ------------- occuers mainly on linux OS, but has been noticed on windows and solaris too The keyboard stops work after a while. I can use keyboard only in startup wizard and in a few first attemts to edit properties/java files. Then it stops work and newer starts work again. The time how long it works isn't limmited to any time, but usualy stops work within 1-5 min. I've also fired a bug #4453933 into bugtrag (http://developer.java.sun.com/servlet/SessionServlet?url=http://developer.java.sun.com/developer/bugParade/bugs/4453933.html)
Please can you check with JDK-1.4.0-beta-b63? There are some known problems with component focus. => then keyboard seems not to work, usually then mouse click sets focus to correct component. b63 seems to be better in handling focus.
Changing "Product" value from "UNCATEGORIZED" to "core".
Yes, you are right. It is MUCH better. I mean: It is possible to get back the functionality of keyboard by clicking around others components and than it starts work again. But still losting very often possibility to use the keyboard.
