This situation occurs in tests (org.netbeans.modules.cnd.repository.access.CloseProjectWhenParsingLib). In the case
project is removed (so it's persistence is deleted) while its libraries are still being parsed, an assertion occurs:

java.lang.AssertionError: null start project for /usr/include/langinfo.h

All attempts to reproduce this situation in the IDE failed.
Nevertheless I believe this is a bug and should be fixed.

This bug was reported against NetBeans IDE 6.0 or an older release, or against a non-maintained module. NetBeans team does not have enough resources to get to this issue, therefore we are closing the issue as a WONTFIX.
