A lot of time goes into setting up projects. Every time a new project which is similar to another project gets created
some common libraries and projects have to get added. Please allow copying projects/libraries/jars dependencies between
projects within the Projects tab.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
