[ BUILD # : 200710040000 ] [ JDK VERSION : 1.6.0_02 ] If I add a page fragment to a visual web JSP pge and then delete it by selecting it and pressing the delete key, then the Java file for that JSP page becomes empty! This is surely wrong as it did have content when I created the JSP.
I am wondering if this could be related to 117776. The descriptions are very different, but this issue could be a knock-on.
I reproduced it, important is to say, that when dropping the fragment box, no box may to be created. I.e. in the page fragment customize dialog don't create the fragment, just press OK. Then delete the empty fragment box, and following exception is produced (see next attachment), after what the java file is empty. It goes from insync, passing there.

reproduced as well. rasing priority on this as data is lost.
Actually it does not matter if you select or do not select a page fragment. Deleting of other components works.
This is introduced because of changes in source code generation logic to improve performance.
HtmlBean doesn't have any java bindings. Attempting to delete non-existent field/getter/setter in java source for HtmlBean corresponding to page fragment is the root cause for this issue
