This Bugzilla instance is a read-only archive of historic NetBeans bug reports. To report a bug in NetBeans please follow the project's instructions for reporting issues.
I installed on MacOS Netbeans 6.0 with C/C++ Pack only. Later I added 'Java', 'Java Debugger' and 'Ant' packs. And now when I create new java project, then java files can appear in C/C++ projects too. Steps: - Create Welcome project - While Welcome node in 'Projects' tab is selected create new 'Java Application' project ==> Main.java file appears in C/C++ project too
I can reproduce this bug on linux also
I raise the priority to P1 so it's a regression in build 20071004 compared to previous build 20071003.
Sorry, it's not a regression but anyway the bug has appeared only in the last build and it's easier to fix it "hot on the heels".
Reproducible on Windows as well
Fixed. It was a regression caused by yesterdays fix of [Issue 90190] Cannot create new files in external dir.
verified in build 200710310000
