websvc registry module contains ext source root with classes currently packaged to ..modules/ext/webservices.jar. All
these classes were moved into NetBeans cvs in time of NB 4.1 from creator and since creator (=visual web) which contains
newer version of these classes is now part of the NetBeans itself we should get rid of what we have in the registry module.

WS Registry was moved to UC and is installed together with JAX-RPC support.
JAX-RPC support shouldn't depend on visualweb.
