If you look at the context menu of the editor when working with the session bean, you'll notice that the group is located below and you have press keyboard several times to access the functionality it exposes. Rest of the actions are usually invoked with keyboard shortcuts but those actions are not.
Typical case would be to invoke the context menu and  invoke those actions, so I think count of keyboard presses to achieve them should be minimized.
