toc file of apisupport-project is named as nbmodule-tocs.xml whereas other modules
one are named as -toc.xml, without the s.

this is just in case translation team uses scripts to modify the file and searches on patterns
for the names of toc files.

(it happened to me doing pseudo localization of the module)

Geertjan, if/when you fix this, remember to also update the .hs file to refer to the new name of the TOC

Renamed the file and fixed the corresponding part of the .hs file.
