I am excessively using the "Project Group" feature, mainly having project groups based upon "Folders Of Projects" (containing all projects beneath a given disk folder). This feels to be a rather good way of organizing my stuff. Missing here: After switching to a different "Project Group" and creating a "New Project", in "Project Location" there always is to be found the parent folder of the last new project created. Using folder-based project groups: Would it be possible to have "Project Location" set to the group folder per default while creating a new project?
Reasonable.
Change of default owner.
as per issue 91031, it's possible to have project group specific settings internally. haven't investigated where the project folder in new project wizards is coming from.
This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue. Thanks for your cooperation, NetBeans IDE 8.2 Release Boss
