See the screenshot. Bottom a right border of rectangle is not rendered and "shorcut" text is not horizontal centered.

This should be fixed now. Please let me know how it looks on vista and attach a screenshot.

Now the whole area of rectangle is visible on Vista. But there is still something wrong. See the screenshot, there is
something wrong with horizontal and vertical position of rectangle.
