in turkey, many java developers want to try netbeans ide.
but at the all netbeans installers have language problem.
installer works only if computer language is English.
developers dont know the problem reason.
so they back down from netbeans at the first test.

i lived same problem and tried other ides at beginning.
i see the reason of problem at a webpage by chance.
After that i begun to use netbeans.
That problem is still exist.

Which version of NetBeans are you talking about? Is it 5.5 or 6.0? I've heard reports that the dreaded Turkish locale
issue is gone for 6.0 M10 installer. Can you please confirm that there are issues with this milestone?

i begun to use netbeans with 4.1 version.
At the all version has this problem.
netbeans 4.1
netbeans 5.0
netbeans 5.5
netbeans 5.5.1
netbeans 6.0 M10 
and all netbeans 6.0 development builds.

In some turkish web pages about java, there is netbeans installation guide for installation problem.

what is the behaviour of the NetBeans Beta1 installer? 
Could you please attach some screenshots with errors that the best describe the problem?
Could you please also run installer in verbose mode (--verbose --output output.txt), proceed with the installation till 
the errors/warnings and attach installation log file here?

I`ve just tried NetBeans 6.0 Beta1 installer in turkish locale and had no problems with the installation.
Please attach the installation log (output.txt in verbose mode) if you have any problems otherwise I close the issue as 
fixed.
