I'm trying to start custom test run but nothing happens
I see that it marked as started:
Events
[09-14 12:20:04]	Started test run ide startup on machine(s) spb-perf-xp1
[09-14 11:06:08]	Started test run ide startup on machine(s) spb-perf-xp1

But in fact nothing is going on: spb-perf-xp1 is IDLE on TestServers page and checking spb-perf-xp1 with VNC shows no
activity.

I found out several timeouting servers block outgoing queue on main server. I have to change sorting strategy of
outgoing requests.
