On the java code->formatting->blank lines tab

Can we get an option for inserting blank lines before single/multi-line comments as well.
This option is present in the jalopy formatter plugin for NB 6.0

I would like to plead for this issue as well with separate treatment for javadoc comments and plain comments.

The ability to add blank lines before and after in line code comments is important for visual separation of my code. Every time I use the formatter it removes blank lines after comments sticking it right on top of code. Any option to prevent this would be appreciated.

I would love this feature. Very annoying that all blank lines before my comments are removed.
