Currently JSF portlet support is not there in VisualWeb pack. This feature needs to be supported by the Visual web Pack
to fill the gap between Creator and NetBeans Visual Web Pack for Portlet developers.

Portlet feature was dropped for NB6 due to schedule constraints. Feature is tracked in 90454.
