-copy the imports part of the "converted" midlet
-if it is too difficult then don't fix it, please. There is easy workaround

There is a note about it in the Conversion dialog. Copying of imports section is not supported in this version.
Changing to an enhancement.

Very likely it will not be implemented in NB 6.0.
Easy workaround exists - manually invoke "Fix Imports" main menu action.
