1) Open $NB_SRC/ruby/rubyide
2) Go to Suite's properties
3) Click OK (without doing anything)
4) Try "cvs up rubyide"

I get:

  cvs up rubyide
  M rubyide/branding/core/core.jar/org/netbeans/core/startup/frame.gif

This bug is very annoying for us. A few times someone haven't noticed the frame.gif change and committed the modified
icon to cvs, we always must rollback it. And every time I open suite's properties dialog I must do "revert changes" on
this file.
Could you look at it, please?

Fixed somehow (although related code would probably need deeper evaluation):
