Example: Clicking the Download button at http://bits.netbeans.org/download/6.0/nightly/200708300000/ for a full Linux
distribution will attempt to download
http://bits.netbeans.org/download/6.0/nightly/200708300000/bundles/netbeans-6.0-nightly-200708160000-full-linux.sh
The erroneous 200708160000 appears in download attempts for all Windows and Linux distributions. I haven't checked further. 
A user can successfully complete the download by repairing the filename in the browser address bar, e.g.
netbeans-6.0-nightly-200708300000-full-linux.sh
