Please see the issue #14549 for details, especially Masaki's comments and suggestions. This should be done to unify
experience users have with Netbeans and other java (and possibly also native) applications.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
