If a debug session is in progress (and stopped at a breakpoint), pressing a wrong key (e.g. F5 instead of F4) starts a
new debug session. Many projects like mine can not work with multiple processes in the same machines. To prevent such
situations, a prompt to confirm if the user actually wants this would be very helpful.

We have an enhancement for that already - issue #90133
We did not agree on the solution yet...

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
