When refactoring it shows a preview of changes to be made and lets you view them with a diff editor for each change...
it would be really handy to be able to tweak the right hand side of the diff viewer, so you can make small changes
(changes in documentation etc) to what the refactor will do 

that way also if the refactoring preview thing gets something wrong it could be corrected really easily!
