Unable to overwirte a schema while extracting :

  create schema xyz in .../package/ ,   try creating schema agian with same name
xyz  in same package. This is causing the next button to be disabled in DB
Schema wizard which prevents further to proceed with capture db schema


This bug was filed in bugtraq, and closed with following evaluation :

It is not a dbschema bug. It is a feature of the target panel in the template
wizard and this behaviour is common for all template wizards.

If you want to change this behaviour you can fill a requirement for enhancement
into Issuezilla (http://www.netbeans.org/bugs.html), openide category.

Moving to UI, because of this behaviour is common for all template wizards.
Workaround exists: you know you will to replace the file, so first remove the
old one.
