this is not meant to cover all uses of a font that is smaller than
the default or user chosen font, and suggest code can be checked
to see if any fonts are hardcoded to be smaller.

the reason its an issue at all is that some Chinese fonts are not good
quality at <14 point, so our localized chinese release hardcodes ide font
to 14, but if smaller font used, then it will be <14 point.

also some users want to choose larger font via --fontsize option
and it means some lines will be in smaller font.

other components where this has been seen have fixed just by using the global
font size.
