Rename component refactoring corrupts code by adding duplicate lines of code.

The JPanel was created with NB 5.5.

Not sure about the duplicate, there is not any specific information what was exactly wrong.

Honza is right, now I can confirm it is the duplicate, we expect there will be many of them. See #112528 for a detail
