When a string literal functoid is added to mapper pane, the generated Source uses ' instead of '.  This is
unnecessary unless the user entered a literal containing an apostrophe character.  The unnecessary ' escapes
clutter the stylesheet.

This issue will not be addressed in this release since there are plans to
redesign XSLT editor in the next one.
