On 2nd(3) dialog: CVS Connection Method
If you choose LOCAL, the NEXT step is 
3th(5,6) Initial checkout.

But 4th step was omitted: specification PATH to CVS binary
Not well designed wizard at this point.
Pls, enable this step too

Fixed by rebuilding the final state automata in Iterator and improving the
user behaviour in CMPanel.

Fixed long time ago. No problems so far. Verified in development build #199.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
