Build 2373 from deadlock.

1. Open Tools -> Plugin
2. Switch to Installed
=> The list of plugins in thes panel does not correspond to the specification of visible plugins:
http://wiki.netbeans.org/wiki/view/NB6VisiblePlugins

The differences include e.g.:
- Extra category 'web' containing three modules: Flying Saucer, JSF 1.2, JSTL 1.1
- Extra category 'bridges' containing several Profiling-related modules
- The NetBeans IDE Branding module should not be there
- Visual Web Samples are in th 'Uncategorized' category
- NetBeans Profiler is in the Profiling category, should be in Java

Visible/unvisible attributes hasn't been finalized yet - see issue 110571.
