Testcase scenario:
- Open jEdit-Model project
- Expand Modele node
- Expand org|gjt|sp|jedit subnodes
- Select jEdit-Model|Modele|org|gjt|sp|jedit|jEdit node
- Right click for invoke popup menu
- Click on Generate Dependency Diagram item

This operation took about 9 sec on recommended configuration machines against 2 sec as Expected Response Time
proposed by UML team.

verified in NB 6.1 latest continuous trunk build 1340 (20080327130455).
verified with jEdit project for creating class and sequence diagrams from 30 selected classes, and one of the class
there for dependency diagram. All creation were timed less than 5 seconds on inital creation.

Tests still report that 5 sec threshold is not enough for recommended platform. See issue 133118.
