The commented out transformmap example could be improved:
  - Default values for param/@type should be legal values: literal, uri, part
  - "invokes" needs to be changed to "invoke"
  - "operation" element should have @inputVariable and @outputVariable the way "invoke" does
  - a carriage return after every 2 displayed attributes would increase legibility
