NetBeans relese 3.2 build #23 on Windows 2000, Red Hat Linux 6.2, Solaris 5.8
(all with JDK 1.3)

Description:
============
User is not allowed to change settings in the customizer and login to another 
pserver/repository or on behalf of another user. The login process seems to be 
freezed and if one tries to close the login dialog or to go on with offline mode
he will obtain the exception instead.

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Mount CVS filesystem using CVS Command-line Client Support possibility.
2. After it is mounted invoke its customizer and change user name, server or re-
   pository. Click on "OK" button.
3. "Login dialog" will come up with no result. Click on "Offline Mode" button.
4. You will get the exception.
