The following url is not available:

This is why the Plugin Manager cannot work properly with default settings and logs to console following exception when
connecting to Update center:
java.io.IOException: java.io.FileNotFoundException

The Netbeans night build for some reasons did create the "latest" link and therefore UC catalog URL doesn't work.
I'll fix it in cooperation with Michal.
