Please exclude the following features: Inspect Hierarchy, Inspect Includes and Find Usage from the CND 5.5.1u1.

When disabling these features, please make sure Bundle files and other localizable files are not modified. The l10n kit
is frozen at this point.

The Class Hierarchy module installs more than menus. It also implements the C/C++ Class Hierarchy window which should be
removed too. I now think it is cleaner/safer to remove the modules Class Hierarchy and Refactoring from the suite. By
doing that, the following will not be installed:

Menu Bar: Navigate/Inspect Hierarchy
Menu Bar: Navigate/Inspect Includes
Menu Bar: Window/C++ Class Hierarchy

File Context Menu: Find Usages
File Context Menu: Inspect Hierarchy
File Context Menu: Inspect Includes
